You Don’t Need to Be Home

In most cases, we can provide exterior cleaning services while you are away from home. If you will be away at the time of service, please make sure we have access to all areas of the property that will be cleaned. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you!

Payment

If you are present at the time of service, payment is due upon the completion of the work. We accept cash, credit cards, and select payment apps.

If you’re not home on the day of service you will receive an invoice via text message or email that can be paid online with a credit card. Payment is due within three business days from the date of service.

Terms of Service

We are not responsible or liable for any pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing.

Standard cleaning service does not include the removal of rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or any other non-organic material from your surfaces. These will be quoted separately on a case-by-case basis.

We may take pictures or video of surfaces before and after service for use in our marketing materials.

Preparing for Service

In order to provide you with the best experience during your scheduled service, please ensure:

• All doors and windows are completely shut
• We have access to all parts of the property that require service - unlock screen doors and gates
• We have access to outdoor water source with good flow
• All pets and children are inside
• Driveways: cars are moved out of the driveway before we arrive
• To tell us about any areas of concern, such as loose siding, cracked windows, or other pre-existing damage

Plants & Landscaping

When washing your house or roof, we may use a cleaning solution that is formulated to effectively kill and remove organic growth without the need for very high pressure spray.

Although we take care to avoid it, there is a possibility that runoff of the cleaning solution can harm organic plant life near the work area. We cannot guarantee that your landscaping will be completely unaffected and you should be wary of any company that says otherwise.

To mitigate the risk, we take the following precautions: watering all plants thoroughly before service, diluting any over spray of solution with water before and after service, directing runoff away from plants, and covering especially vulnerable plants and flowers. Damage to landscaping is rare and usually minor, but if you notice any issues please let us know right away!
